I understand that the start date of each Flower Club Subscription is flexible, based on seasonal conditions and product availability.  I am aware that I will be signed up for Piney Grove Flower Farm's email and this will be how they will communicate information to all bouquet club members of updates and the official start date.  It is my responsibility to contact Piney Grove Flower Farm via email at pineygroveflowerfarm@gmail.com if I have not received a notification near the projected bouquet club start date.  Updates will also be made on Piney Grove Flower Farm's Facebook and Instagram pages.

I understand that as a bouquet club member, I share in the bounty and the risks of farming.  I understand that farming includes risks of poor harvests due to bad weather or pests, or the total loss of all crops due to a natural disaster such as fire, flood, or drought that is out of the control of Piney Grove Flower Farm.

 

Each bouquet you receive from Piney Grove Flower Farm will consist of in season fresh flowers.  Therefore, no specific flowers or colors or varieties can be promised or guaranteed.  Your flowers are also living entities and long vase life for each flower cannot be guaranteed. 

 

I also understand that the flowers in the club bouquets are not intended for edible or topical use.  Some flowers can be irritating or even toxic or poisinous if ingested by humans or animals and I agree to hold Piney Grove Flower Farm free of liability.  Please contact us if you have any questions.

Piney Gove Flower Farm will communicate with its bouquet club members through email with updates and changes throughout the flower season.  By signing up for a bouquet club, I understand that I will be added to Piney Grove Flower Farms email list and I agree to add pineygroveflowerfarm@gmail.com to my email contacts.  Updates will also be posted on Piney Grove Flower Farms' social accounts on Facebook and Instagram.

 

Piney Grove Flower Farm will not be held responsible for miscommunications due to emails going to Spam folders, etc.  You are responsible for notifying us immediately if you do not receive an email receipt of your payment or emails regarding your bouquet club.

 

I understand that my flower Club bouquets will be available weekly or biweekly for Farm porch pick up.  I understand that I am responsible for finding a substitute to pickup my share if I am out of town or otherwise unable to pick up my bouquet.  I understand that if my share is not picked up on the designated day, within the designated time, I forfeit that bouquet and it will be donated at the discretion of Piney Grove Flower Farm.  I will not receive credit or a refund for any bouquets that I do not pick up.  Alternatively, you can choose to receive two bouquets in one week or we can arrange another week for bouquet pick up, if you provide Piney Grove Flower Farm (pineygroveflowerfarm@gmail.com) with one week's notice that you will not be available a certain week for your pickup.

 

You may want to bring a container to transport your bouquet home in (a plastic cup works well as this can sit in a cup holder).  You will be provided with flower food to add to your water changes every couple of days to help prolong the life of your flowers. Please understand that once you leave with your flowers that it is best to take them straight home or keep them in a cool area.  We can not replace your flowers if you leave them in your hot car.

Piney Grove Flower Farm is a small farm and therefore there are a limited number of bouquet club subscriptions available each season.  This is so we can ensure that our flower bouquet club members always receive the highest quality and freshest blooms.  Our bouquet club members are always the first to receive those special cuts of whatever is blooming.
