I understand that the start date of each Flower Subscription is flexible, based on seasonal conditions and product availability.  I am aware that I will be signed up for Piney Grove Flower Farm's email and this will be how they will communicate information to all subscribers of updates and the official start date.  It is my responsibility to contact Piney Grove Flower Farm via email at pineygroveflowerfarm@gmail.com if I have not received a notification near the projected Subcription start date.  Updates will also be made on Piney Grove Flower Farm's Facebook and Instagram pages. You will receive an email reminding you each week a bouquet delivery is to be made.

I understand that as a subscriber of Piney Grove Flower Farms bouquet subscription, I share in the bounty and the risks of farming.  I understand that farming includes risks of poor harvests due to bad weather or pests, or the total loss of all crops due to a natural disaster such as fire, flood, or drought that is out of the control of Piney Grove Flower Farm.

Each bouquet you receive from Piney Grove Flower Farm will consist of in season fresh flowers.  Therefore no specific flowers or colors or varieties can be promised or guaranteed.  Your flowers are also living entities and long vase life for each flower can not be guaranteed.  Under the FAQ's section of the website, there is information on how to get the longest vase life possible out of your flowers grown at Piney Grove Flower Farm.

I also understand that these flowers in the weekly bouquets are not intended for edible or topical use.  Some flowers can be irritating or even toxic or poisionous if ingested by humans or animals and I agree to hold Piney Grove Flower Farm free of liability.  Please contact us if you have any questions.

Piney Gove Flower Farm will communication with its subscribers through email with updates and changes throughout the flower season.  By signing up for a subscription, I understand that I will be added to Piney Grove Flower Farms email list and I agree to add pineygroveflowerfarm@gmail.com to my email contacts.  Updates will also be posted on Piney Grove Flower Farms' social accounts on Facebook and Instagram.

Piney Grove Flower Farm will not be held responsible for miscommunications due to emails going to Spam folders, etc.  You are responsible for notifying us immediately if you do not receive an email receipt of your payment or emails regarding your subscription.

I understand that I will be provided with a vase with the delivery of my first bouquet subscrition delivery.  I understand that I am responsible for placing my vase in an easily accessible spot if I am unavailable during the delivery time that will be sent the week of.

I understand that my flower bouquet is a living thing and being left outside in the heat and sun can negatively effect the vase life.  I agree that once delivered Piney Grove Flower Farm is not responsible for any damage the bouquet receives.

I agree that if I am out of town during a delivery I will find someone else to pick up my bouquet from my normal delivery address.  Or I will email pineygroveflowerfarm@gmail.com and provide a temporary address to deliver the bouquet to (must give at least 72 hours notice).  Alternatively, you may choose to receive your missed bouquet the next week or added at the end of your subscription if you will be out of town during one of the weeks of the subscription.  You just need to give Piney Grove Flower Farm one weeks notice.
